The Minnesota Association of Community Health Centers (MNACHC) is Minnesota’s PCA. MNACHC will support FUHN’s social determinants of health efforts and the examination of patient engagement tools, facilitate discussions to further closed-loop referral management, and help ensure compliance with UDS+.

The University of Minnesota’s Best Practices Integrated Informatics Core (BPIC) will provide HIPAA-compliant data warehousing and integration, facilitating HBI Solutions/other data analytics provider in accessing de-identified data and conducting advanced analytics. BPIC will be providing these services at no cost to FUHN and is committed to a long-lasting relationship as evidenced by their including FUHN in its upcoming renewal of a seven-year NIH grant application.
