The Minnesota Association of Community Health Centers (MNACHC) is Minnesota’s PCA. MNACHC will support FUHN’s health equity and social determinants of health efforts; support the examination of patient engagement tools; facilitate discussions to further closed-loop referral management; and help ensure compliance with UDS+.

The University of Minnesota’s Best Practices Integrated Informatics Core (BPIC) will provide HIPAA-compliant data warehousing and integration, facilitating HBI Solutions/other data analytics provider in accessing de-identified data and conducting advanced analytics. BPIC will be providing these services at no cost to FUHN and is committed to a long-lasting relationship as evidenced by their including FUHN in its upcoming renewal of a seven-year NIH grant application.
