Congratulations to FUHN Clinics Earning 2024 Community Health Quality Recognition (CHQR) Badges

Children are back to school sparking the season of artwork on the refrigerator and report cards. The grown-up equivalent for community health centers is here, too.

Every year the Health Resources & Services Administration (HRSA) awards Community Health Quality Recognition (CHQR) badges to recognize federally qualified health centers that have made notable achievements in different categories, from enhancing access to advancing health information technology (HIT). FUHN congratulates our member clinics for their Community Health Quality Recognition (CHQR) badges! CHQR badges are awarded to clinics that made notable improvements in access, quality, equity, and health IT.

Badges are awarded in several areas based on each center's annual UDS submission. (The criteria for the badges are here).
