Every year the Health Resources & Services Administration (HRSA) awards Community Health Quality Recognition (CHQR) badges to recognize federally qualified health centers that have made notable achievements in different categories, from enhancing access to advancing health information technology (HIT). FUHN congratulates our member clinics for their Community Health Quality Recognition (CHQR) badges! CHQR badges are awarded to clinics that made notable improvements in access, quality, equity, and health IT.
